Radio Energie Encoders

ACP&D Limited are able to supply industrial encoders from Radio Energie which will meet most market requirements and which are manufactured to the same exacting standards as the comprehensive Radio Energie tachogenerator range. With extensive stocks of these Radio Energie encoders being readily available our customer's requirements can be quickly met.

The Radio-Energie optical incremental encoders measure with the highest accuracy the angular speed and position of rotating shafts in industrial environment. They use a differential optical and ratio metric principle to minimize temperature and photodiode ageing effects.

The RCI58A 58mm diameter encoder with it's blind and hollow bore has universal complementary push-pull output interface and their large supply voltage range make them very easy to connect to most of electronic control units.

The RCI90A with it's hollow bore is available in a 90mm housing.

The RCI444 encoder has the same flange and shaft dimensions as the the Industry Standard REO444R Analogue Tacho with a 115mm housing, is ideally suited when using the latest generation of DC Digital Drives, if you are upgrading your drive or installing a new installation the RCI444 is the encoder of choice by many engineers.

The RCI444 ADF is a full Shaft Encoder in a 115mm diameter ATEX Enclosure with REO444R Tacho Flange Dimensions.PRECILEC optical incremental encoders are designed with the same reliability than the RADIO-ENERGIE tacho generator. They measure with the highest accuracy the angular speed and position of rotating shafts in industrial environment.

One or two optical encoders or a combination of a tachogenerator and an optical encoder can be mounted in an ATEX certified enclosure and used in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The enclosure is ATEX certified II 2 G and D, EEx d IIC – T5. Usually the applications for similar encoders are explosive atmospheres such as machine tools, motor drives in explosive environment, iron industry, nuclear, oil or cement industries.
